Chateau Tour de Perrigal has a vineyard which covers 21,5 hectares of vines, the cellar has been renovated in 1980. The grape varieties are planted according to the different types of soil. The red wines, which are structured, fruity, aromatic and full bodied, come from 7 hectares of Merlot, 3 hectares of Cabernet Franc, 10 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon & 1,5 hectares of Malbec. Cellars are modern and functionnal, composed of stainless steel vats with a capacity of 1750 hectoliters and cement vats, 1200 hectoliters, for ageing. The harvest is carefully made, and the winemaking process is carefully monitored such as temperature control and pneumatic pressing.
