Immediately approachable, this wine has a deep, ruby red hue and ripe, dark berry fruit and cherry flavours with persistent fruit sweetness.

Stoneleigh Organic Pinot Noir 750ml

Moderately deep ruby-red colour, paler on edge with slight purple hues. The nose is softly full with good depth of bright, primary fruit aromas of dark raspberries and black cherry fruit, along with subtle layers of funky minerally reduction, oak char, and jam and confectionary whole berry fermentation notes. Medium-full bodied, this has a tight core of raspberryish fruit with herbal nuances along with an interwoven thread of minerals, reduction and charry oak, with spice elements and confectionary. The mouthfeel features a firm, grainy tannin line and soft, balanced acidity that carries the wine to a dry-textured finish. This is a youthfully firm Pinot Noir with raspberry fruit flavours, nuances of minerals and toasty oak and jam. Serve with pasta, barbecued meats and casseroles over the next 3-4 years.

This is a distinctive Cabernet Sauvignon thanks to American oak maturation. Generous yet structured with abundant cassis flavours, subtle hints of mint and spice transitioning to a long, polished finish.

This is a lush, mouth filling wine with intense black cherry, plum, raspberry and even a touch of pomegranate to the fruit flavours. The oak maturation brings attractive spice and mocha characters to the palate. The wine is well balanced with medium weight, smooth tannins and the finish is persistent and imminently enjoyable. Will reward under ideal cellaring conditions to 2021, possibly beyond.
